ABOUT THE COMMITTEE OF MINISTERS
The ministerial culture committee is the committee formed to ensure the ministry of pastors, workers, evangelists, missionaries and worship ministers who are recognized by the same committee,
Having its corresponding directive made up of pastors
Functions of the National Ministerial Culture Committee:
- To watch over and promote the observance of the biblical doctrine and liturgy of the Churches.
- Promote the comprehensive updating of the pastor.
- Motivate the good conduct of pastors and leaders.
- Maintain a close relationship with regional committees and pastors.
- Resolve disputes of ministerial order.
- Extend credentials to ministers, pastors, workers and missionaries recommended by the Regional Councils.
- Also, it is responsible for the biblical and ministerial updating of the pastoral body that is under its coverage at the national level, through: training, seminars, workshops, congresses, retreats, macro-regionals, and the provision of physical and digital literature.
- Likewise, it is the ecclesiastical authority that is responsible for the disciplinary function between Ministers of Evangelical Worship, pastors, workers and leaders, which will be carried out in accordance with these statutes and the Teachings, government and ecclesiastical discipline, guaranteeing, at all times, the right of defense and a fair trial to whomever the fault is pointed out
